This is a multi-class program with six live online sessions. The class dates are every Thursday: Dec 11, Jan 8, Jan 15, Jan 22, Jan 29, Feb 5,; The single “start date” shown during checkout is a system placeholder only and does not represent the actual first class. You will get a Zoom Link for each online class. Once you complete your registration: • You will immediately receive a confirmation email and your personalized Zoom link. • You will also receive an automated reminder email before each class with the live link included. • All sessions are recorded, and you will receive replay access after each class.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the session fee. No-shows are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your booking credit will remain valid for 30 days. Thank you for respecting both our time and energy.
